• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
• Utilize smartphone technology for managing rentals and inventory
• Move, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment
• Participate in ongoing training and education through U-Haul University

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks and discomforts
• Ability to follow safety precautions and use protective gear when necessary

• Experience in customer service or retail environments
• Familiarity with operating forklifts (certification offered upon employment)
• Interest in obtaining certification for filling propane and installing hitches
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
