Customer Service Representative

This position is for the high energy candidate who loves people! The role is the friendly voice on the phone that our hungry customers will place their order through. The representative will also share our entire menu with hungry customers, both over the phone and in person with our carry‑out customers. The candidate must ensure that no customer feels rushed or inconvenienced.

Without our customers, we have nothing. The Customer Service Representative is the welcoming face of our locally owned Domino’s Pizza.

Bring your smiles, laughter, and love of people with you every day if chosen for this high energy position. In addition to customer service, other duties will include pre‑rush prep, cleaning, pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders. These will all come with proper training and time.

Additional qualifications include strong communication skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Must be reliable, flexible with hours, and willing to perform the additional duties described above.
