JKL Bahweting Anishnabe School is accepting applications for Special Education Teacher for the school year. Salary range: $48,000 to $85,890 (BA) and $52,000 to $93,598 (MA). Salary is based on relative special education teaching experience. JKL is a K-8 Michigan public charter school dedicated to outstanding educational experiences, serving approximately 600 students. JKL offers a comprehensive benefits package, including an 80% employer paid health premium, BC/BS medical, dental, vision, state retirement/pension, tuition reimbursement, PTO, sick time, life insurance, longterm and short term disability, EAP services, and other optional insurances.
Candidates must possess a valid Michigan teaching certificate, teaching experience preferred, and willingness to work as a team member in curriculum development and integration of technology.
