Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care (LTC)
Facility: My Michigan Medical Center Sault
Location: 500 Osborn Blvd, Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, every other weekend.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly
Start Date: 03/30/2026
PR: $27/Hour on W2 + $1228/Weekly
Gross Weekly: $2200
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient needs and provide skilled nursing services per physician plan of care
Develop, revise, and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses
Coordinate care with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team
Evaluate patient outcomes and communicate care updates
Notify physicians of condition changes and obtain new orders as necessary
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of Long Term Care (LTC) experience (Required)
Candidate must reside outside a 100-mile radius (No local candidates)
Active Michigan RN License verified via LARA or Nursys – Required
Active AHA BLS Certification – Required
