Position: Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - OBGYN (Nights) Sault St. Marie MI
Location: Sault Ste. Marie

Coordinates nursing care for patients of all ages, coordinates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel focusing on outcomes in patient care and in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. The RN is responsible for the coordination of interdisciplinary functions and manages resources for quality patient care.

The Registered Nurse is seen as a role model for exhibiting the Behavioral Standards and Customer Service expectations of War Memorial Hospital.

Requirement description :

• 2 Years of experience
  - Required
• Labor competency - REQUIRED
• BLS & ACLS (AHA) - Required
• NRP - Required
• Travel Experience - Preferred
• NO CHRISTMAS OR NEW YEAR RTO - REQUIRED
• ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer)

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
• Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 100-mile radius restriction)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• NRP
• BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Michigan

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

Weekend Requirements : 1-2 Weekends Per Month
On Call Requirements :
