My Michigan Health is seeking a Systems Support Technician to provide Tier 2 on-site and remote support for end-user computing throughout the health system. You will diagnose, resolve, and document issues, implement solutions, and collaborate with IT teams to maintain standards and SLAs.
You will also assist with inventory, OS image testing, and ongoing knowledgebase updates while supporting tablets and mobile devices per policy and lifecycle management processes.
