** We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our fast-growing team in the medical device manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled professionals who take pride in precision machining, quality workmanship, and contributing to life-changing medical products.
** What You’ll Do
*** Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC lathes, machining centers, and/or grinders
* Machine complex, tight-tolerance components for medical device applications
* Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
* Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
* Optimize processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cycle times
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
* Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
** What We’re Looking For**
* ** 3+ years of CNC machining experience** (lathe, mill, and/or grinding)
* Experience machining tight-tolerance, high-precision components
* Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
* Familiarity with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, CMM experience is a plus)
* Experience in medical, aerospace, or other regulated industries preferred
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
* Willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding organization
