The Production Supervisor is responsible for the overall success of an assigned production group. This salaried leadership role provides direction, coaching, and support to production employees while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals are achieved. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead one of our manufacturing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing people, driving operational excellence, and helping shape the future of our growing organization.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve operational goals.
* Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer delivery requirements are met.
* Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
* Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
* Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
* Support employee training, performance management, and professional development.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Five (5) or more years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with CNC machining processes.
* Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including one or more of the following:  + Six Sigma  + Lean Manufacturing  + Process Capability  + Statistical Analysis
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to analyze production data and make informed operational decisions.
* Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
