Summary
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant sought to join busy urgent care clinic in Sault Ste. Marie. Clinic is located across the street from the main hospital and is open from 9 AM to 7 PM every day. Clinic is busy and handles most bread and butter urgent care patients. Experienced support staff with some on‑site testing including x‑ray most days in the same building.
Full time is considered 3‑4 shifts per week on average with one weekend per month. Holidays are split between providers with the clinic being closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Bread and butter urgent care visits.
Certifications and Licensures- AHA approved BLS, ACLS and PALS certification
- Active State of Michigan license or eligible to apply
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Experience preferred (urgent care, EM or primary care)
- Employment is contingent on successful completion of My Michigan Health’s credentialing process.
