REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ Years of LTC Experience
- Active Michigan RN License
- Active BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to specialty (LTC)
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms completed within the last two years

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regularly assess patients' needs and provide skilled nursing services per physician orders and nursing standards.
- Initiate and adapt the plan of care for assigned patients as necessary.
- Manage medications and assess therapeutic responses.
- Coordinate patient care, evaluate outcomes, and provide ongoing feedback on patient status.
- Collaborate with certified nurse aides and the interdisciplinary team.
- Notify physicians of changes in patient conditions and obtain new orders as required.
