, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude.

Mobile HVACR Technician

Sault Sainte Marie, MI

$34‑$38/hr.

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections and repairs of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, applying technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
• Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.

• Universal EPA certification.
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and supermarket refrigeration systems.
• Willingness to join UFCW 951 and perform call‑in work as required.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
