Manpower - - - Responsibilities:
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.;
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.;
Conduct inspections and repairs of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.;
Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, applying technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.;
Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
