Helps patients and their families manage the emotional, social, and practical challenges of chronic kidney disease and treatment.

• MI LMSW
• AHA BLS
• 2 years Social Worker experience
• Dialysis experience

13 weeks

Variable – Monday & Tuesday (could be adjusted if needed to fill) – Group 1 meets: M, W, F / Group 2 meets: T, TH, Sat – person would need to cover 1 day for each group. 16 hour guaranteed.
