Position: Finance Supply Reconciliation Clerk Role

Drive accuracy in financial operations as a Supply Reconciliation Clerk at McDougall Energy. Focus on ensuring correct fuel pricing records and resolving discrepancies proactively.

In this role reporting to the Director Finance, you will play a crucial part in reconciling fuel pricing with supplier invoices. Your attention to detail will be essential for managing data accuracy, processing corrections, and ensuring timely payments. You will collaborate with various teams to address any pricing issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the accuracy of pricing records

• Resolve invoicing discrepancies with various departments

• Clear invoices for timely payment processing

• Prepare weekly vendor wire payments

• Monitor supplier accounts for outstanding invoices

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in accounts payable

• College Diploma in Accounting or equivalent

• High level of accuracy and data handling skills

• Strong analytical and time management capabilities

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
