Position: Amrize Full-Time Plant Superintendent
Location: Sault Ste. Marie

This full-time role at Amrize includes overseeing three concrete plants in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations and team management across plants

• Achieve key performance indicators for safety and delivery

• Maintain equipment and housekeeping standards

• Conduct regular inventory counts to assure accuracy

• Prioritize staff safety and effective communication

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP platforms

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
