SJGHEL is seeking a resourceful Foundation Strategist to lead initiatives that enhance donor engagement and community partnerships. Reporting to the Vice-President, you'll craft and execute annual fundraising strategies, ensuring impactful donor stewardship. Your collaborative efforts will amplify the Foundation's visibility and encourage community support for hospital priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective fundraising campaigns

• Strengthen ties with donors and manage communications

• Lead community engagement initiatives and events

• Support the Foundation Board in strategic outreach

• Ensure donor contributions align with patient care needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant education

• 3-5 years of experience in fundraising or related fields

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships

• Highly organized in managing multiple projects

• Passionate about community impact and healthcare improvement
