Position: Bilingual Inside Sales Support Role
Location: Sault Ste. Marie

You will be responsible for providing support to existing customers while helping the Outside Sales team grow new business opportunities. This includes educating clients on product benefits, processing orders, and assisting with administrative tasks in the warehouse. Positive interactions and a consultative sales approach are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical inquiries from customers efficiently

• Process orders and data entry accurately

• Prepare bids and communicate with clients

• Support warehouse operations and shipping functions

• Contribute to marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 1 year in wholesale distribution

• Bilingual skills preferred

• Excellent customer service abilities

• Ability to work in various weather conditions
