Route Sales Representative at Frito-Lay

Location: Sault Ste. Marie

Drive sales and service at Frito-Lay Canada as a Route Sales Representative. Develop business, service clients, and enhance snack food offerings to diverse retail outlets.

In your role as a Route Sales Representative, you will manage sales and customer service for assigned retail clients. Your key activities will involve product placement, merchandising, and ensuring inventory freshness. Identify customer needs and execute national/local promotions to maximize sales and product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product placement and increase shelf facings

• Identify customer needs through product review

• Develop assigned accounts to boost sales volume

• Sell and execute marketing promotions for placement

• Manage inventory to ensure freshness for clients

Requirements:

• Valid full G or class 5 driver’s license

• Reliable access to a vehicle with a clean driving record

• Flexible scheduling availability for weekends and holidays

• Previous sales experience in consumer goods preferred

• Strong organizational skills to meet multiple targets
