Oversee archaeological field assessments as a Field Supervisor. Supervise dedicated teams to conduct rigorous assessments under Ontario regulations, all while promoting a respectful work environment.

This position requires experienced professionals to manage teams during various site assessments. Candidates must be adept in operating advanced archaeological tools, ensuring compliance with health protocols.

Your role will be critical in fostering collaboration and documenting findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise independent teams during archaeological assessments

• Ensure compliance with MCM Standards and Guidelines

• Operate high-precision equipment for accurate data recording

• Promote safety and health guidelines in all fieldwork

• Communicate effectively on field discoveries and strategies

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate + 4 years relevant experience

• Must have valid class license from the Ontario Ministry

• Capacity to work in physically demanding conditions

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Reliable transportation to project sites essential
