Salary Range: $42–$55/hour (based on experience, shift, and license level)

SIGNING & RELOCATION BONUSES
Signing Bonus: $7,500

  • $3,000 paid after 90 days
  • $4,500 paid after 12 months of continuous employment
  • Relocation Bonus: Up to $10,000

  • Available for out-of-area and out-of-province 310T technicians
  • Covers moving expenses, temporary housing, and travel costs
  • Paid as a combination of upfront assistance and retention payout
  • About the Role
    We are currently seeking a licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technician to join our growing maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a fleet of heavy-duty trucks and/or coaches in compliance with Ontario regulations and company standards.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and trailers
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Complete safety inspections in accordance with MTO and CVOR requirements
  • Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, steering, and emission systems
  • Accurately document work orders and maintenance records
  • Follow all company and OHSA safety policies
  • Work collaboratively to ensure maximum fleet uptime
  • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician License (required)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of Ontario safety and compliance standards
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license (AZ or DZ considered an asset)
  • Must have own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)
