What You’ll Do as a Lead HVAC Installer

Oversee and execute professional HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with all codes and standards

Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently while educating customers on their new equipment

Provide outstanding customer service by building trust and delivering clear, helpful solutions

Promote high-efficiency products and services that enhance home comfort and energy savings

Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and ethical service practices

Keep work vehicles and job sites clean, organized, and professional

Contribute to a team environment focused on continuous improvement and shared success

What You Bring

Ontario 313D Air Conditioning Mechanic or 313A certification

Valid Gas Technician 2 (G2) license and ODP certification

Valid Class G driver’s license

Strong technical expertise and adaptability to new technologies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A proactive, team-first approach with a passion for customer satisfaction

Physical readiness to handle the demands of hands‑on installation work
