As a Lead HVAC Installer in Sault Ste Marie, ON, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality installations while shaping exceptional customer experiences and supporting a thriving, team-oriented culture.

• Oversee and execute professional HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with all codes and standards
• Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently while educating customers on their new equipment
• Provide outstanding customer service by building trust and delivering clear, helpful solutions
• Promote high-efficiency products and services that enhance home comfort and energy savings
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and ethical service practices
• Keep work vehicles and job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Contribute to a team environment focused on continuous improvement and shared success

• Ontario 313D Air Conditioning Mechanic or 313A certification
• Valid Gas Technician 2 (G2) license and ODP certification
• Valid Class G driver’s license
• Strong technical expertise and adaptability to new technologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive, team-first approach with a passion for customer satisfaction
• Physical readiness to handle the demands of hands‑on installation work
