Position: Full-Time Maintenance Apprentice Role
Location: Sault Ste. Marie

Begin your training as a Maintenance Apprentice with our team in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Master vehicle maintenance, from inspections to minor repairs, ensuring operational safety.

In this full-time position, you'll receive practical training in maintenance practices for commercial motor vehicles, complying with DOT regulations. Your learning will include performing oil changes, tire replacements, and assisting with vehicle repairs, all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out vehicle safety inspections and identify issues

• Execute preventive maintenance like lubrication and filter replacements

• Support mechanics with various repair tasks

• Ensure tools and equipment meet safety standards

• Document repairs and parts usage accurately

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• Valid Driver’s License necessary

• Familiarity with basic hand tools

• Excellent problem-solving skills
