As a Machine Operator 1 at Loram, you’ll play a vital role in the operations of railway maintenance equipment. You will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining machines, conducting inspections, and ensuring that equipment is in excellent working condition. Your technical know-how alongside your safety leadership will help maintain operational standards crucial for Loram's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and repair on track vehicles

• Conduct and document machine inspections

• Follow safety protocols and lead job briefings

• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding equipment

• Complete field and expense reporting accurately

Requirements:

• 2+ years of mechanical or technical experience

• Experience with Loram equipment internally

• Valid CPR/First Aid certifications

• Strong understanding of safety regulations

• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments and background checks
