Take on the Mine Electrician role at Wesdome, focusing on electrical systems at the Eagle River Mine. This position combines safety responsibility with hands-on maintenance in a collaborative atmosphere.

As a dedicated Red Seal–certified Electrician, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the electrical integrity of mining operations and the camp complex. You will engage in troubleshooting and preventative maintenance while adhering to health and safety policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical construction and maintenance for mine and camp

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

• Troubleshoot and repair underground mobile and fixed equipment

• Keep precise records of repairs and services performed

• Collaborate on safety issues with the Joint Health and Safety committee

Requirements:

• Valid red seal 442A or 309A electrical license required

• Experience with underground mining systems necessary

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and mining standards

• Proven track record in electrical equipment installation

• Willingness to work in a camp environment with shifts
