Construction Miners at Cementation work underground at the Island Gold mine in Dubreuilville, Ontario, building and maintaining critical mine infrastructure. This role offers a rotational 14/14 schedule, competitive hourly wages, and the opportunity to work with a respected mining contractor. Ideal candidates are experienced underground tradespeople with a strong safety record and a commitment to teamwork and quality workmanship.

• $70 - $74 per hour

• Ontario Underground Hard Rock Miner Common Core with specialty modules relevant to underground construction, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of underground mining or underground construction experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, civil prints, and standard work procedures
• Strong personal safety record and commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to meet all site access, medical surveillance, and respirator fit-testing requirements
• Canadian citizenship or written authorization to work in Canada and current residency in Canada

• Additional Common Core specialty modules (shotcrete, concrete, equipment operation)
• Trade skills such as carpentry, pipe fitting, welding, or cutting and burning
• Rigging and hoisting training, overhead crane operator certification
• Experience with underground mining contractors on development or construction projects
• Experience at remote or fly-in/fly-out project sites
• Standard First Aid/CPR certification
