Join Ledcor's Highway Maintenance team in Sault Ste. Marie as a Truck and Coach Mechanic. You'll maintain vital heavy equipment, ensuring safe roadways while earning up to $48.90 per hour.
Ledcor is looking for experienced Truck and Coach Mechanics focused on safety and quality. Ideal candidates hold a 310T ticket or Red Seal and have a strong background in heavy equipment. This role involves working on construction and highway maintenance equipment, ensuring optimal performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair heavy construction & maintenance equipment
• Ensure safety and reliability of highway systems
• Understand and execute verbal and written instructions
• Read and interpret sketches and diagrams
• Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
• 310T Truck and Coach ticket or Red Seal On-Road ticket
• Experience with highway maintenance equipment preferred
• 421A Heavy Equipment Technician ticket is an asset
• Valid Driver's License with 3-year abstract
• Ability to work with limited supervision
