As a Spa Assistant, you’re more than just a support role—you’re the calming presence that helps create moments of peace, tranquillity, and rejuvenation for every guest.

You’re the first face guests see as they step into a sanctuary of relaxation, and you’re there to ensure every detail of their experience is seamless and extraordinary.

• Experience of working in hotels or the hospitality within administration roles
• Experience in working within a fast paced environment
• Experience dealing with complaints/enquiries

• Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service, aligned with our professional standards
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker facilities
• Serve spa guests with refreshments and ensure a relaxing atmosphere throughout their visit
• Assist with towel and linen management including restocking and reporting damaged items
• Carry out regular pool tests in line with health and safety standards, reporting any irregularities
• Promote and up-sell treatments and products to meet personal and departmental targets
