JOB TITLE – Guest Services Supervisor
DEPARTMENT – Front of House
CONTRACT TYPE - Full Time
RATE OFPAY - £13.28 per hour, plus service charge, plus excellent company benefits

  • Strong supervisory qualities with the ability to organize and motivate the Front Office team to deliver outstanding service.

  • Experience in a hotel environment with a solid understanding of front office procedures and guest service standards.
  • A track record of being able to create outstanding guest experiences in a high-expectation environment.
  • The ability to drive efficiency and high standards in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven setting.
Responsibilities – Implementing Our ‘YES, WE CAN’ Philosophy
  • Lead by example – ensure Front of House team members uphold department standards throughout your shift.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, making every moment special.
  • Train and develop the team to meet the Collections standards and evolving business needs.
  • Maintain consistency and excellence in service, ensuring a smooth and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Front Office Manager, including assistance with meetings and a variety of day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in leading the front office team, maintaining continuity, team performance, and service excellence.
  • Confidently resolve any front office issues in the absence of the Front Office Manager.
