We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and service-focused Food and Beverage Associate tojoin our team at St Brides Spa Hotel. Whether you're serving breakfast with seaviews, crafting memorable dining experiences, or helping guests celebrate special occasions, you'll play an important part in creating moments our guest swill never forget.

As a Food and Beverage Associate, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience, providing warm and attentive service throughout our food and beverage outlets.
You'll:
- Deliver exceptional food and drink service with professionalism and personality
- Welcome guests and create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
- Share knowledge and recommendations about our menusand beverages
- Support a variety of events and occasions, from intimate celebrations to larger gatherings
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable visit
- Stay calm, organised and attentive during busy service periods
- Help maintain the high standards that St Brides Spa Hotel is known for
We'reinterested in people with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, bar,café or hospitality environment
- A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding guest service
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Basic food and beverage knowledge, with awillingness to learn more
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and busy periods
- Most importantly, you'll enjoy creating great experiences for guests and takingpride in your work.
