Transportation Recruiter

Translogistix is seeking a Transportation Recruiter to support hiring for contractors and owner-operators. Based in Savage, MD (onsite), this full-time role partners closely with operations to ensure the right candidates are identified, vetted, and guided through onboarding. • Work with department managers to determine location hiring needs and create job board postings, including role requirements and qualification criteria.
• Source candidates using online channels, professional networks, job boards, and participation in scheduled job fairs.
• Perform initial candidate vetting using corporate standard operating procedures and align screening to the requirements of advertised positions.
• Provide department managers with regular updates on hiring status for open roles and communicate effectively when new hires are fully onboarded.
• Guide new hires through the onboarding process from start to completion.

• 1+ years of proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar role (transportation and logistics hiring contractors or owner-operators preferred).
• Experience sourcing Final Mile Home Delivery Contractors is preferred.
• Solid recruiting application experience, with SCI and Indeed listed as key tools (SCI is specifically noted; Indeed is a plus).
• Ability to communicate and collaborate professionally with other departments.
• Strong self-management and time-management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Salary: USD 45,000 per year (From $45,000.00 per year).
