NetSuite Functional Analyst​/Admin

About the Role

An established organization is seeking a Net Suite Functional Analyst to join their growing team and support their Net Suite environment by supporting critical finance and supply chain operations. This role will act as the functional bridge between business users and technical development, ensuring Net Suite is optimized to support end‑to‑end business processes.

This is a highly visible role with strong ownership across system configuration, user support, and process improvement.

• Serve as the primary functional owner of the Net Suite platform, supporting finance, supply chain, and warehouse operations
• Configure and optimize core Net Suite processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report
• Build and maintain Saved Searches, reports, and dashboards to support business decision‑making
• Partner closely with end users to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements
• Collaborate with Net Suite developers, providing detailed specifications and supporting solution design
• Support user adoption through troubleshooting, training, and continuous system enhancements
• Drive ongoing process improvement initiatives within Net Suite

• Hands‑on experience administering and supporting Net Suite in a functional capacity
• Strong understanding of finance and supply chain workflows within Net Suite
• Experience gathering requirements and working with technical developers

• Experience supporting warehouse management or distribution environments
• Prior involvement in Net Suite implementations or major system enhancements
