Job Description ###

Job Summary As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in the production of high-quality products by assisting with stocking and organizing materials in our warehouse. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and should have experience operating forklifts. Experience working in below 0° temperatures a plus.

Role and Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of required documentation to enable clear traceability
* Ensure Inbound and outbounds loads are handled timely, accurately, and efficiently.
* Manage ERP system transactions.
* Communicate and update all relevant parties of any issues or changes
* Put away stock into designated areas within the warehouse
* Pick orders accurately, package them correctly, label them appropriately, then prepare for shipment
* Operate material handling equipment such as forklift or pallet jack safely while ensuring proper safety procedures are always followed
* Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse area including sweeping/ dusting shelves/racks etc.
* Comfortable moving at a fast pace and in ambiguous environments
* Other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager Skill Required
* Experience with Warehousing, Inventory, and/or Logistics.
* Experience working in temperature controlled settings
* Experience with perishable items
* Proven track record in safe working practices
* Previous experience working in food production environments preferred but not required
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Forklift certification is desired but not mandatory
* Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
