This role is critical to delivering the five-star experience our customers expect. You'll handle service calls, adjustments, repairs, and final touch-ups on bath renovation projects to ensure every install meets our high standards.

• Perform service work on bath installation projects
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues efficiently and professionally
• Complete trim work, finish carpentry, and adjustments as needed
• Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding service visits
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• MUST have carpentry experience
• MUST have hands-on experience with bath installations
• Strong understanding of finish work and remodeling best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
