Key Responsibilities- Process, track, and record payments accurately and efficiently
- Review invoices for correct documentation before processing
- Enter invoice and general ledger data
- Reconcile credit card and bank accounts
- Generate purchase orders as needed
- Print and secure signatures for all outgoing checks
- Provide support to senior financial staff as needed
- Maintain confidentiality in all financial matters
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Associate degree in accounting or related field
- Strong math skills
- Experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable
- Familiarity with accounting software and digital financial platforms
