Service Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Service Sales Account Manager to join our growing commercial HVAC service team in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a client-facing environment, understands HVAC service operations, and excels at building long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial HVAC service accounts
- Serve as the primary client liaison for service-related needs, performance, and issue resolution
- Develop, price, and manage preventive maintenance agreements and service contracts
- Coordinate scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation with service operations teams
- Prepare proposals, renewals, and scope recommendations based on client needs
- Track service performance, margins, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Identify upsell opportunities including repairs, system upgrades, and replacement projects
- Support service technicians with job planning, materials coordination, and customer communication
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM records
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Strong background in commercial HVAC service operations
- Proven experience in account management and client retention
- Preventive maintenance program development and management
- Contract negotiation and renewals
- Scheduling and dispatch coordination
- Proposal development and pricing
- CRM proficiency and reporting
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
