by Highmark is looking for a driven and adaptable Job Site Supervisor to lead multiple exterior construction crews across active job sites. In this role, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to keep projects on track, on time, and built to a high standard. Success in this position means staying organized, solving problems in real time, and delivering a smooth, high-quality experience for every customer from start to finish.
$65K - $75K
Responsibilities- Supervision and Leadership. Communicate with project managers and subcontractors about construction progress.
- Read and interpret building plans to ensure work is being performed to scope.
- Resource Management. Manage materials, subcontractors, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness.
- Communicate scheduling information to project managers and subcontractors.
- Quality Control and Inspection.
- Safety and Compliance.
- Ensure the highest quality and safety standards are being always met.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making.

- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Proven experience in construction supervision (roofing, siding, windows, or exterior remodeling preferred)
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with subcontractors and internal staff
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to read and interpret building plans.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with Procore preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record and ability to pass an MVR screening.
- Must pass a background check.
- Valid DOT Medical Card or the ability to obtain DOT Medical Card.
