Job Overview
As a Construction Laborer, you'll support a variety of construction projects and work alongside experienced tradespeople. This role provides valuable exposure to multiple aspects of the construction industry, including concrete work, carpentry, low-voltage installation, punch-list work, fixture installation, site cleanup, and general labor.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction activities on active job sites
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Support skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks
- Perform site cleanup and maintain an organized work area
- Complete punch-list items and miscellaneous project tasks
- Follow all jobsite safety policies and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
