The Savage Fire Department is now accepting applications to fill two, full-time firefighter positions. Requires a high school diploma or GED and the equivalent of at least one year of full-time experience as a firefighter in a combination or full-time fire department.

Must be licensed by the State of Minnesota as a firefighter, or have the ability to obtain licensing within one year of hire, and must be certified as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or higher. Requires a valid driver's license, or the ability to obtain one by date of hire, and the ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment physical exam, drug screen, and psychological evaluation.
