Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner
As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner at Ivy, you'll oversee all clinic operations, support clinical and non-clinical team members, and care for patients through individualized treatment plans, while building equity in your clinic and providing exceptional patient care to your community. You'll play a central role in building trust with local medical professionals, guiding community outreach, and helping your clinic run smoothly.
You'll open and grow a brand-new practice with Ivy's established business systems, and direct guidance from experienced clinic leaders. We go where the clinician and their relationships are. We are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community! We want our partners to be an integral part of determining the clinic's location.

What you'll lead:
- Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
- Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
- Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
- Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
- Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
- Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.

Position
Qualifications:
- You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity.
- Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
