• Coach and develop a team of professional Exercise Physiologists.
• Create a culture of consistent delivery of world-class workouts.
• Inspire excellence in customer service.
• Drive sales by calling leads, executing local marketing tactics and participating in business networking groups.
• Lead, manage and drive accountability.
• Manage the physical plant - be it plumbing or equipment repair.

• Bachelor's degree (in Exercise Science related field is preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• 3 years of management experience (preferred).
• 1 year of sales experience calling leads and executing local marketing (preferred).
• Experience in health club, fitness or exercise setting preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in personal training or strength and conditioning.
• Ability and passion for hiring, onboarding, developing, managing, coaching and retaining staff.
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
