We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead sales, service, and operational performance across a growing organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while overseeing daily operations and long-term business strategy.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proven ability to scale both sales and service operations.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
- Manage P&L for the region and drive overall business growth
- Lead, coach, and develop sales and service teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
- Maintain high standards of customer service across all operations
- Resolve escalated client issues professionally and efficiently
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
- Track and improve KPIs across sales and service functions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies
- Partner with internal teams to align business initiatives
- Communicate performance updates and strategic insights to leadership
- Implement training programs to strengthen team capabilities
- Promote continuous learning and professional growth
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulations
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 7–10 years of leadership experience in sales/service operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
- Travel for client meetings and industry events may be required
- Salary: $157,080 – $245,490 (based on experience)
