We're looking for an experienced Enhancement Manager to lead our landscape enhancement AND snow removal crews. This role is responsible for daily operations, team leadership, job quality, safety, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Manage daily landscape AND snow operations
• Schedule crews, equipment, and job assignments
• Train, coach, and develop field employees
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues
• Oversee materials, equipment, and inventory
• Track labor, job progress, and reporting in Aspire software

• 3+ years of landscaping AND snow operations experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities
• Valid driver's license and DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one)
