Assist with the casting and finishing of precast concrete slabs, walls, and structures according to production specifications;
Mix, pour, and move concrete materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing area;
Set up forms, molds, and equipment for concrete casting during designated set-up shifts;
Strip precast concrete products from forms and prepare them for storage, transport, or further processing;
Operate or assist with equipment such as forklifts when trained and authorized
