THE OPPORTUNITY.

As a Production Welder at Stealth, you will perform production welding operations using established jigs, fixtures, and work instructions to manufacture parts to exacting quality and production standards. This is a hands‑on production role with a clear scope: consistent, high- quality welds, proper use of jigs and fixtures, and a sharp eye for anything that could affect quality or production. You will have the authority to stop work and escalation when something isn't right — because at Stealth, quality is never optional.

WHAT

YOU'LL DO

Production Welding — perform welding operations to job specifications and prints, maintaining consistent weld quality and output
Jig & Fixture Usage — properly load, position, and secure parts in welding jigs and fixtures for accurate, repeatable welds
Quality Assurance and Quality Control — inspect welds for defects, prevent nonconforming parts from advancing, and report concerns immediately
Material Handling — load, unload, and move parts carefully through each stage of the welding process
Equipment Monitoring — monitor welding equipment during production and report issues or irregular performance
Workplace Safety — follow all welding safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, hazard‑free workstation

Consistent, high- quality welds that meet job specifications and prints
Reliable production output that supports the team's goals
Proper, accurate use of welding jigs and fixtures
Rare defects and minimal rework rates that are far lower than industry standards
Full adherence to safety procedures and a clean, organized workstation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2+ years of production welding experience; 5+ years preferred
Ability to read job prints and welding instructions
Experience using welding jigs and fixtures in a production environment
A sharp eye for quality and a willingness to speak up when something is off
A strong work ethic, safety mindset, and team‑first attitude
