What You'll Be Doing
- Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components
- Build custom rendering equipment and industrial cookers
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Use hand and power tools to complete fabrication projects
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Work closely with production and fabrication teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux Core (FCAW) welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Fabrication and fitting experience preferred
- Experience with assembly and metalworking tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
