Our client, a leader in the hydraulic systems industry, is seeking a Hydraulic Technician to join their team. As a Hydraulic Technician, you will be part of the Mobile Hydraulic Business Unit supporting manufacturing and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Hydraulic Technician

Location: Savage, MN

Pay Range: $27 - $34/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday; 7:30AM - 4:00PM (Overtime available)

What's the Job?

  • Assemble hydraulic systems including valves, pumps, motors, and manifolds according to specifications.
  • Inspect parts and components to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Test assembled units for quality, quantity, and performance expectations.
  • Paint and finish completed units in the paint booth.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • 2-year fluid power associate degree or related mechanical discipline.
  • International Fluid Power Society Certificate.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in fluid power assembly or shop environment.
  • Working knowledge of fluid power systems; testing and troubleshooting experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for 95-100% of the workday.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning, including maintaining certifications.
