Highmark is a family of six growing companies in residential construction, exteriors, restoration, cabinetry, design, and home services. We're looking for a visionary, hands-on sales and marketing leader to personally own our overall revenue number, and to build the lead-generating marketing engine, not just manage it, across the whole Highmark family of brands.

You'll join our Leadership Team and take ownership of sales, marketing, and business development for the Highmark family of brands, spanning custom home building, exteriors, restoration, cabinetry, interior design, and home services.

Today, each brand runs its own sales and marketing effort, and each one sells differently, insurance and adjuster relationships, trade and builder referrals, or direct-to-consumer.

Your job is to bring them together into one coordinated function, shared systems, shared standards, and a shared scorecard, while respecting what makes each brand's go-to-market genuinely different.

• Own the overall revenue number for all six brands; you're accountable for hitting it, not just influencing it.
• Originate the marketing vision yourself; the campaigns, channels, and ideas that generate leads and drive revenue, and own the marketing/BD tools and tech stack that make it work.
• Build and run a unified sales process, CRM, and forecasting standard across six companies.
• Lead our Marketing Manager and marketing team to sharpen brand positioning, lead generation, and campaign ROI for each business.
• Lead a Business Development function that creates real, revenue-generating partnerships and referral flow between our brands.
• Hire, coach, and grow a team of Sales Managers and marketing/BD staff into an accountable, high-performing group.
• Sit on the Leadership Team, own your seat on our accountability chart, and report a weekly scorecard on growth metrics.

• 7+ years leading sales and/or marketing, ideally across multiple brands, business units, or locations.
• A track record of owning a revenue number, not just a marketing budget: you can point to a specific target you were accountable for and hit.
• Visionary marketing instincts: you generate the big campaign and channel ideas yourself and have a portfolio of initiatives you originated that drove measurable lead and revenue growth.
• A track record of building the function, not just running it: you've stood up process, CRM discipline, and reporting where none existed.
• Strong people leadership: you've hired and developed sales/marketing managers before.
• Comfort with data: forecasting, budgeting, and clear KPI reporting.
• Experience in (or genuine hunger to learn) home building, remodeling, restoration, or trades - bonus points if you've navigated insurance-carrier or adjuster relationships, or trade/builder referral channels.
