Description

About The Role

Are you an elite sales veteran who thrives in a performance-driven environment?
Highmark Home Services is seeking a Residential Account Manager to lead our “Home Projects Done Right” initiative. We bring 20+ years of homebuilding expertise to every job, from small interior repairs to large exterior additions. In this role, you’ll build long-term relationships with homeowners, helping them manage their "to-do lists" through expert consulting, accurate estimating, and project oversight.

Pay: Base wage $55K - $65K + Uncapped Commission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultative Sales:
Respond to inbound project requests and meet with homeowners to assess their interior and exterior needs.
  • Estimating & Closing:
Provide accurate quotes for diverse projects like drywall repair, bathroom refreshes, decks, and screened porches.
  • Account Ownership:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their ongoing home "to-do lists" and ensuring repeat business.
  • Production

    Collaboration:

Work closely with our expert carpentry team to ensure every job is "Done Right" the first time.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven Sales Veteran:
This is not a role for someone new to sales. You must have a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Highly Competitive & Self-Starting:
We want a "hunter" who is motivated by an uncapped commission structure and takes full ownership of their pipeline.
  • The "Construction Piece":
While 3–5 years in remodeling/construction is preferred, it is not a deal breaker. If you are an elite salesperson with a self-starter attitude, we will provide the technical training to the right athlete.
  • Professional Versatility:
Ability to confidently discuss both Interior services (accent walls, kitchen updates) and Exterior services (roofing, siding, and additions).
Why Highmark?
