We’re Hiring:
Sales & Business Development Manager
Our client is looking for a driven B2B sales hunter to join their growing team and take ownership of new business, dormant accounts, and existing customer growth.
This is a high-autonomy opportunity for someone who wants to own the sales cycle, work directly with the CEO, and have a real impact on revenue.
What we’re looking for:- 5–10 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Industrial manufacturing, precision components, engineering, or related experience
- Proven track record of generating revenue and closing business
- Experience selling to OEM purchasing and/or engineering teams
- Strong hunter mentality and self-starter mindset
- Ability to understand manufacturing drawings and capabilities
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
- $150k+ Y1 OTE!
- Significant earning potential with accelerators
- Established, PE-backed manufacturing company with a strong customer base
- 360+ leads, 123 dormant accounts, and an active pipeline already in place
- Direct access to the CEO and high visibility
- Hybrid role in Savage, MN — ideally 3+ days/week onsite
